CANCELLATION POLICY
Our venue has a limited capacity, and many of our sessions sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You can do so by either cancelling your booking or rescheduling via the confirmation email you receive.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 6 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will reschedule your booking for no extra charge. However, if you do not cancel with at least 6 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
